Plant Replacement Details
👉 Perennials do not come with a warranty 👈
If you are unsure whether your plant or plants are still under warranty, please refer to the email that included your final invoice. That message outlined the warranty period covering your trees and shrubs.
If special warranty terms were provided as part of your project package, we will honor those terms, even if they differ from our standard warranty shown on our Plant Warranty page.
Once you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email showing the date your request was received. This date will be used to determine when your replacement plants will be installed (unless a prior arrangement has been made).
Replacement Request Windows
Requests submitted between:

March 15 – June 1 will be assigned to Group #1

June 2 – October 30 will be assigned to Group #2
Installation Sessions

Group #1: April 1 – June 15

Group #2: September 21 – November 15
We complete plant replacements twice per year in the spring and fall. These seasons provide the best conditions for new plantings, especially if you do not naturally have a green thumb.
How Replacement Installations Are Scheduled
Replacements are completed in two different ways to ensure the most efficient use of our crews.
Option 1: We are already working in your area during Group #1 or Group #2
Example: If you live in Dublin and we have another project scheduled in Dublin, we will install your replacements while our crew is working on that project.
Option 2: We are not working in your area during Group #1 or Group #2
Example: If you live in Pickerington and we do not have any other projects scheduled in that area, we will dedicate a day to complete all replacement requests in locations where no other projects are being performed.
