At its heart is a covered bluestone patio, the perfect spot to unwind beside a brick fireplace or gather with friends around the outdoor kitchen. The bluestone’s natural color range adds warmth and depth, creating a surface that feels both refined and organic.

Just a few steps below, a lower bluestone patio extends the entertaining area into the open air. Thoughtful grading and drainage solutions ensure that rainwater flows cleanly away from the structure, keeping the patio functional and beautiful through every season.

Off to the side, a cozy private patio made from Brassfield fines and edged in sleek black metal offers a peaceful retreat, ideal for morning coffee, reading, or a quiet evening glass of wine.

Surrounding it all, a lush landscape planting plan frames the patios with layers of texture and color. These beds provide privacy, soften the architecture, and ensure the entire yard feels connected and complete a true outdoor extension of the home.
