This is what I had in mind: Indiana Limestone for the step riser and treads with TechBloc Eva Shale Gray Pavers in three sizes.

Nickled Gray has little variation and is very gray like in the sample picture. The image above looks a little tan but it is gray in real life.

Sheet 4. Indiana Limestone with TechBloc Blue 60 Nickled Gray

Castle Gray flagstone is a natural stone and it does look great. I would prefer the TechoBloc because it is thicker and less likely to move (additional cost).

Sheet 5. Indiana Limestone with Castle Gray Flagstone

Very popular selection is the travertine ivory selection. It is a natural stone and is thinner like the castle gray flagstone (additional cost).

If you want to add a darker accent around the perimeter they make an Onyx Black which provides some contrast.
